SAKINA the Zen Choir
Vocal Ensemble
In collaboration with the cultural center of Laeken
“Sakina” is a Swahili and Arabic word that means serenity, inner peace. It is a state that manifests itself when we are in harmony with ourselves and the environment that surrounds us. This zen heart, we find it when we sing, together, the polyphonies of the world.
SAKINA's vocal repertoire is based on the desire to combine rhythms and subtle vocal melodies. 781905-5cde-3194- bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ _cc781905-5cde-31 94-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_ _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb3b- 136bad5cf58d_ _cc781905-5cde-3194-bb 3b-136bad5cf58d_ _cc781905- 5cde-3194-bb3b-136bad5cf58d_
